The Eye of Humanity

An immense iris bursts outward in rays of bronze, charcoal and smoky green, with flashes of gold leaf at its edges. At its centre, inside the dark pupil, a crowd of tiny white figures stands together like souls gathered in one gaze. It can be read as an eye, an eclipse or a portal. However it is seen, it asks one question: who is watching, and who is being seen?
