Watchers in the Wall

Two spiral eyes on antenna-like stems peer out from a weathered wall of drips, streaks and soft blocks of copper, gold, rose and charcoal. Golden dots drift like dust in a beam of light. The composition is playful and abstract, yet strangely alive, as if the old wall itself has started to look back. A piece full of curiosity and quiet humour.
